Wicked Grounds at 289 8th St, San Francisco, California.

The person at the register as well as the cook lacked decent customer service skills. Instead of giving us a number or taking our name, they called out our food orders (this left us confused considering most of the people that day ordered pizza bagels and we didn't know when our food was up). The customers were more kind than the staff (who were all rude, inattentive, and unwelcoming.)
My partner and I were disappointed considering they say they're queer- and kink-friendly. We felt as though our presence was offending them. Staff was arrogant and, if you don't have an obvious "queer" look, they did not acknowledge you.
Food was decent, prices were okay ... I like that there is a place that is available to the kink community, but I left feeling disrespected and unwelcomed. I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends ... It's not like they'll care anyway considering how they treated their customers.
