If you book, you'll never hear a response from them. Nobody will pick up your call or respond to your email.

After leaving dozens of voicemails with some questions around the reservation, I only got a response once I dug around and found the CEO over Facebook. After contacting him there, it was a bunch of useless back-and-forth messages until finally, he canceled the reservation 12 HOURS BEFORE THE RESERVATION.

It seems like a fun "startup" idea. But literally, a scam. You will not hear back from them. If you're looking for a camper rental in the Bay Area, I recommend checking out somewhere else.
