La Playa Taqueria at 3817 Noriega Street, San Francisco, California.

I like a restaurant where you can see that every ingredient is being prepared just for you and fresh. It takes a while for some of the dishes but that is because it is all prepared fresh. I love this place for any variation of food I order. I like how the menu is separated between surf and turf and vegetarian and chicken. It is helpful. But back to the food, they never disappoint. The space is small and mostly I've seen people take out. I have only done take out but everything is wrapped well and stays warm. For a few weeks it was cash only, now they take cards again. I would bring both in case.
