Best gai mai bow ever

Had a meet up with a potential client nearby. While walking back to the car, I was surprised to learn that Blossom Bakery is now icafe Bakery. Curiosity got the best of me as I was thinking new stuff especially pastries. Not much has changed from the Blossom days though, but the inner back has a lotto station. This place is frequent by older retirees in the morning to congregate with their friends. Your best time to come is anytime after 7:45am. I ended up getting a baked BBQ pork bun and egg tart. Both were pretty good and pork bun had ample fillings. Egg tart was average as pastry shell was a bit dense. I like thin layers that break with the slightest touch. Custard was a bit thin and not as jiggly as I want it. It's a good enough place to come if you don't want to line up for egg tarts like GGB.
