Forget what you think about working with a mechanic, and getting your car fixed. These guys have done an AWSOME job of taking care of our last two cars. Euro Japan was found by my wife, on a recommended by a friend, and we have never taken our care any place else since. Work is explained in terms that are easy to understand. They will call before doing work, to confirm. They make an effort to make sure you understand what is in the estimate, you feel comfortable asking questions, and you get honest answers.
We brought in our last car because the brakes were sounding like they needed to be replaced and we were overdue for a tune up. Based on miles alone, the mechanic had us prepared that we were going to have to at least replace the pads. They looked at them, saw that they just needed an adjustment, and said they were good for another 20K miles. I think they just like to see the peoples face when they surprise them with not ripping them off.
