I should not add my review to Arsicault because then the line will be even longer! The best croissants in San Francisco, period. Screw Tartine. In fact these are some of the best croissants not just in San Francisco but in the world. I went to France and ate a ton of croissants and while I ran into a couple that were almost as good, I never found any that were actually better. The croissant buck stops here, and so should you. But not on a weekend.

Really is the best. The croissants are perfect in every way: flaky, buttery, and just the right amount of sweet. I think the organization and ordering flow of the line could be better, but who cares? It's the best pastry you'll ever eat. I would go here every day if I could
