    Because of delay in Dallas missed the connecting bus and had to stay in SF. I know terrible huh? Made the best of it and was able to walk down to the Pier and see the GG. Team in SF was very understanding they gave us a snack and water as our was bus was running late. The manager was great. She was very attractive and smart!

    More than two hours of delay. Lopsided communication. Very limited information. Some of the staff is barely English speaking. The other part is absolutely obnoxious. The bus stinks of urine. And the battery sometimes doesn't work.

    Avoid if you have other alternatives. It is the worse possible service I have seen in years of travelling in buses around the world.
